Workshop Prague

CzechInno organised an international workshop titled “How to Effectively Build International Project Consortia”, bringing together participants from Ukraine and the Czech Republic. The event served as a practical platform for strengthening cross-border collaboration and supporting the development of joint European initiatives, particularly within innovation and research programmes.

The workshop focused on the key principles of building strong and competitive project consortia, including partner selection, role distribution, and alignment with EU funding requirements. It also created valuable opportunities for networking, knowledge exchange, and the establishment of new partnerships, contributing to the deeper integration of Ukrainian organisations into European innovation ecosystems.
