Standardization and Certification of Products
and Management Systems
This training provides a clear understanding of standardization, quality, and certification, including the key differences between product certification and management system certification. It also covers compliance requirements, technical regulations, testing procedures, and market access for Ukraine and the EU.
Participants will gain essential knowledge of quality management systems, the process approach, and risk-based thinking, enabling them to navigate certification processes and implement internationally recognized standards in their organizations.
Internationalisation and B2Match Platforms
The training focuses on supporting companies in expanding to international markets and building effective partnerships. Through three modules, participants explore internationalisation strategies and market entry approaches, learn how to leverage international trade fairs for market exploration, brand visibility, and partner search, and gain practical skills in using B2Match platforms for structured B2B matchmaking and partner identification.
The training provides practical guidance and tools that help companies prepare for international engagement, present their capabilities effectively, and identify new collaboration opportunities with potential partners, clients and suppliers.
Standards of the German Association of the
Automotive Industry (VDA)

This course introduces participants to the German Association of the Automotive Industry (VDA), its objectives, and key areas of activity.
It also outlines the role and services of the Quality Management Center (QMC), including its contributions to the development of standards within VDA. In addition, the course provides an overview of the association’s guidelines and standards, their purpose, scope, and practical application in the automotive industry.
Production Part Approval Process (PPAP)

This course provides participants with knowledge of the supplier approval process for automotive component production, specifically:
• what PPAP is;
• the role of PPAP within the Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) process;
• the objectives and benefits of PPAP;
• PPAP elements and documentation;
• submission status.
Internationalisation and the International Automotive Task Force (IATF). New APQP Requirements

This course is designed to familiarise participants with the International Automotive Task Force (IATF), its tasks and objectives.
Participants will also be provided with:
• information on the new edition of the Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) manual;
• an understanding of the product quality planning concept;
• the knowledge required to apply the Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) methodology in the production process.
Management Systems and the Automotive Process Approach

This program delivers a clear, structured understanding of management system fundamentals and the automotive process approach. Technological Processes in Accordance with Control Plan Methodology

The course provides a structured understanding of technology as a production process, along with key terminology and concepts used in product manufacturing within the framework of APQP. Participants will also gain insight into quality planning principles and review practical examples of developing technological processes through Control Plans.
The technological maturity of your production is defined not by the cost of equipment, but by the quality of your process documentation and your ability to manage both processes and product quality effectively.
Innovation and Kaizen

The program was developed by Olha Trofymova – leader of the UAMC and certified Innovation Agent together with Nataliia Starodub, a certified Kaizen Expert.
This course explores the shared foundations of Western and Japanese approaches to progress and continuous business improvement. It includes an overview of ISO standards for innovation management systems, as well as the Japanese philosophy of continuous improvement. Together, Innovation and Kaizen provide a holistic understanding of world-class manufacturing practices and form a practical foundation for industrial recovery and development.
