2023 has been declared the YearOfSkills in Europe.

The AutomotiveSkillsHub E-Learning platform has been launched by the Ukrainian Cluster of Automotive and Mobility (UCAM). Since the beginning of 2023, the cluster has been a member of the Automotive Skills Alliance (ASA). UCAM has signed and is actively involved in the Pact of Skills, which is the flagship of the European Skill Agenda.

The impetus and inspiration for creating the platform and choosing the topics of the training courses was the participation in the Study-visit in June 2023 to Bosch and Mercedes. The transformation of the automotive industry must take place through the transformation of teams - re-skilling and up-skilling employees. Having a skilled workforce helps to increase the interest of partners and attract investment in the automotive industry in Ukraine. And the automotive industry is a barometer of economic development and labor market development in the country.

It is important for us to share best practices and experience. The way to internationalization is to be able to speak the same language as our partners. Learning the language of global production
